About us and how SolarOn started...

At SolarOn Services, our story began with a group of co-workers who were also friends, united by a shared passion: to become the premier source for solar service in Central Texas for roofers and system owners alike. Over the years, our original team has stayed together (adding a few solar rock stars)  honing our skills by managing, troubleshooting, and resolving thousands of post-installation service tickets and completing hundreds of Detach & Resets'. This hands-on experience forms the backbone of our expertise and fuels our commitment to delivering exceptional service. We truly love what we do!
 
My personal journey spans over a decade in the solar industry, shaped by diverse roles such as Project Manager, Director of Operations, Customer Service, Quality Control, and Vice President at large turn-key solar companies right here in Central Texas.

Collectively, we’ve built a foundation that supports or company culture combines unmatched technical knowledge, a passion for quality, customer service and a drive to always "Raise the Bar" in supporting both the solar and roofing communities. Our team’s combined solar experience exceeds 50 years but we are constantly learning to help SolarOn stay ahead of the advancing technology and regulations.

In an industry where most solar companies focus solely on "sell and install," we saw a critical gap in addressing the needs of roofers and homeowners when it came to solar panel detach and reset services. Time and again, roofing companies and homeowners turned to us when they needed panels removed and reinstalled for roof replacements.

Through this experience, we recognized a recurring challenge: roofers, solar professionals, homeowners, and insurance companies often operate on different timelines, goals, and objectives. This misalignment led to delays, funding issues, scheduling conflicts, and a frustrating cycle of finger-pointing. It was clear that there was a void in the market—one we were uniquely qualified to fill.

We created SolarOn Services to provide a specialized, reliable solution. By focusing on detach and reset services for roofers and offering expert maintenance and enhancements for residential solar systems, we’ve set out to streamline the process and eliminate the stress. From minor repairs to comprehensive system care, we know how to fix just about everything related to residential solar systems.
